$200.00 for initial 60-minute intake session
$120.00 per 45-minute individual psychotherapy session
$160.00 per 60-minute individual psychotherapy session
Psychological/Psychoeducational Testing, Evaluation, and Report Writing
$80.00 per 30 minutes of psychological testing
$160.00 per 60-minute test interpretation, scoring, and report writing
Please call for availability of ADHD and Learning Disability evaluations. I do not provide court-ordered or legal-related evaluations.

For out-of-network reimbursement, I can provide you with a statement that you may use to file for reimbursement with your insurance company. It is important to note that you will need to check your coverage with your insurance company prior to your initial appointment as all services may not be covered depending on your insurance plan.
I recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
I accept cash, check, Health Savings Account (HSA) debit cards, Flexible Spending Account (FSA) debit cards, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, I ask that you please give me 24 hour notice. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
